• Discounted Day Rate: 5%
• Bundled Hours: 7.5 Hours
• Best Practice Reviews: Quarterly Reviews

GOLD

• Typical Users: 1-20 Users, 4 Super Users
• Unlimited Support: Unlimited Break-Fix & How-To
• Discounted Day Rate: 10%
• Bundled Hours: 15 Hours
